  • If after (3) complete electric and water bill cycles, you do not reach at least 25% savings, vs. prior year's utility bills, Energy Sheriffs will refund 100% of your fee paid for our services.
     
  • This 100% money back guarantee is valid, only if you implement Energy Sheriffs, minimum energy/water recommendations, and do not change, add or alter the equipment/settings provided by Energy Sheriffs to your property. 
     
  • If new electric and / or water elements/equipment are added, either by you or third parties, after our energy makeover has been completed, this guarantee will be null and void.  This 100% money back guarantee is only for a period of 3 billing cycles, starting from the date of completion of the energy make over by Energy Sheriffs.  Customers with electric and or water bills bellow $200/$35 average per month, before our makeover, are excluded from this guarantee.
     
  •  Energy Sheriffs reserves the right to review new utility bills and re-inspect your property at no cost to you prior to issuing any refunds.

  • Our Energy Sheriffs (Inspectors/Advisors) are all certified by the State of Florida, Department of Community Affairs as Class II Existing Residential Energy Rater and Class III New Residential Energy Rater! 
     
  • Our energy Sheriffs are also RESNET (Residential Energy Services Network) members.    RESNET is a NATIONAL standards making body for building energy efficiency rating systems.
